Fellowships
Children’s racial learning is shaped not only by classroom practice, but also by school culture, institutional norms, and leadership decisions.
That’s why we offer two different extended learning opportunities for educators. These nine-month fellowships provide the space, time, and learning support educators need to strengthen their work with children and families and lead with greater clarity in today’s complex, politically charged educational environments.
Classroom educators (pK-8th Grade) and senior/mid-level education leaders
