The EmbraceRace Fellowship for Education Leaders
A Professional Learning Experience with EmbraceRace (September-May)
Overview
This Fellowship is designed for senior and mid-level education leaders whose decisions shape policy, governance, organizational culture, and children’s racial learning at the school or district-wide level.
Fellows apply research on children’s racial development to real leadership challenges in their schools and systems, using structured case consultations and a capstone project to connect research with practice. Through sustained peer engagement, participants develop shared language and analytic tools for examining how institutional norms, policies, and power dynamics shape children’s experiences of race, while exploring creative and sustainable strategies for systems-level change.
Applications are now open. Apply by June 1st.
