Dr. Victoria K. Malaney Brown is multiracial scholar-practitioner and soon-to-be mother of multiracial son. Dr. Malaney Brown works in higher education administration at Columbia University and actively researches how multiracial college students experience racism and engage with racial justice as a research affiliate at the Center for Student Success Research (CSSR) at the University of Massachusetts Amherst.
