Natania Kremer (she/her) is a white, cisgender woman who centers the voices of young people while practicing more liberatory ways of being and learning. Grounded in the core values of solidarity and collective liberation, Natania has infused a commitment to transformative social change into her roles as a parent, community organizer, school leader, social worker, facilitator, early childhood consultant, coach, and educator for equity and justice. She strives to maximize the potential for educational spaces to support all learners to be their whole selves and to thrive. Natania has served as a member of Showing Up for Racial Justice (SURJ) and Co-Chair of the Board of Directors of the Center for Racial Justice in Education. She is actively involved in local organizing efforts with the Education for Liberation network. Most importantly, Natania devotes time and energy to her family and community, especially adventuring with her partner and their delightful 6-year-old. Natania is part of the EmbraceRace Early Childhood Community facilitation team.
