Dana Kadish

Dana Kadish (she/her) is a white, Jewish, cisgendered woman, and an educational leader with over 25 years of experience in early childhood education and school leadership. She has served in key roles, including Co-Head of School at The Common School in Amherst, MA, and holds a Master’s in Early Childhood Education from the University of Massachusetts–Amherst.

Dana specializes in independent school leadership and advancing diversity, equity, inclusion, justice, and belonging (DEIJB). She mentors leaders of small schools and mission-driven organizations in building equitable communities, navigating complex staff dynamics, and fostering sustainable growth.

Outside of work, she enjoys time with family and friends, trips to the ocean, and reading. Dana is also part of the EmbraceRace facilitation.
